If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of WinZip software, you may contact us at help@winzip.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund by providing the following:
- Name and e-mail address under which the purchase was made; and
- Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail, if received; and
- If you have purchased a single-user license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of WinZip from your computer** and destroyed the WinZip CD, if received; or
- If you have purchased a multi-user (site) license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of WinZip from your computers**. If you received a WinZip CD, please return it to the following address:

Microsoft® Windows® 2000 and Windows XP
Activate the Control Panel, double click Add/Remove Programs, click the WinZip entry in the list of programs and click Remove.
Windows Vista® and Windows 7
Activate the Control Panel, click Uninstall a program (located under Programs), click the WinZip entry in the list of programs, and click Uninstall.
Mac OS X
Single click on the 'WinZip Mac' icon on the Dock. Click the WinZip Mac dropdown menu. Click on the Uninstall menu item.
