Thank you for your interest in WinZip® software.

Please note that remote control support is available Monday through Friday (normal business days), 7AM to 3PM Eastern (New York time zone). If these times are not convenient and you would like an appointment, please click here to send a message to WinZip Computing Technical Support. In your message please include your time zone and the local time that you would like to contact us.


You acknowledge that in order to provide you with remote access service a WinZip Computing representative ("Representative") will have unrestricted access to your computer and will be able to transfer files from/to your computer without additional authorization from you. If there is a possibility that the Representative may view any information that you (1) consider confidential or (2) otherwise do not wish the Representative to view, you should not agree to provide the Representative access to your computer.

Under no circumstances shall WinZip Computing, or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages whatsoever related to providing this service (including, without limitation, loss or disclosure of data or information, loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business advantage, or business interruption), whether based upon a claim or action of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, contribution, indemnity, or any other legal theory or cause of action, even if WinZip Computing has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
