WinZip Question/Problem Form
Before reporting a problem, or submitting an inquiry, we suggest you check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) list for answers to common support questions.
If you have a technical question that is not answered in our FAQ file, you can use this form to submit an inquiry, and will usually receive a reply within one business day. To report issues related to a beta release, please use the WinZip Beta Release Problem Report Form.
You can also search the WinZip web site for words related to a problem (for example, you can search for "disk spanning" or "uuencode"). For introductory and basic "how-to" information, please select Brief Tutorial from WinZip's Help menu.
