If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of WinZip software, you may contact us at help@winzip.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund, by providing the following:

  • Name and e-mail address under which the purchase was made; and
  • Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail, if received; and
  • If you have purchased a single-user license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of WinZip from your computer** and destroyed the WinZip CD, if received; or
  • If you have purchased a multi-user (site) license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of WinZip from your computers**. If you received a WinZip CD, please return it to the following address:
