While WinZip can reduce the size of most files considerably, many email clients have file size restrictions (some starting at 5MB) that still make it difficult or impossible to transfer large files over the Internet.
With our new WinZip Courier service, you simply upload your files to the YouSendIt server and email your recipient a link to that file. It's still a good idea to zip your files first, as this will allow you to upload most files faster on your end, and allow your recipient to download them much faster on their end.
What Should I Expect When I Sign Up For The WinZip Courier Plus Free Trial?
Signing up for the free trial is easy. It only takes four simple steps:
- Click on the WinZip Courier Plus free trial link.
- This will take you to a YouSendIt page where you can enter your contact information, including your email address (we do not require credit card information for the free trial).
- YouSendIt will send you a confirmation email. Simply click on the link provided to activate your trial.
- Clicking on the link in the confirmation email will bring you to a YouSendIt login page. Simply log on using the password you created in step 2 (above).

What Happens After My 45 Day Free Trial?
After your 45-day free trial, you can continue using WinZip Courier Plus for just $4.99 per month. If you choose not to continue using WinZip Courier Plus, we will automatically downgrade your account to WinZip Courier Lite.
With WinZip Courier Lite, you can still send recipients links to your files; however, we reduce the maximum file size to 100MB (down from 2GB with WinZip Courier Plus). You will also see ads on WinZip Courier Lite. A feature that allows us to provide this service to you free of charge.
