Why is my registration code not working in WinZip 12?

WinZip^® 12 is not a free upgrade and has a new registration scheme with codes that are 30 characters long. Therefore, registration codes from versions of WinZip prior to WinZip 12 cannot be used to register WinZip 12.

If you install WinZip 12 over your existing WinZip software, you will end up with an evaluation version of WinZip 12. In order to obtain a WinZip 12 registration code you must purchase an upgrade.

Registered users of previous versions of WinZip are eligible to upgrade at 50% of the WinZip list price.
