WinZip Computing Logo and Screen Shot Policy

The following are the WinZip^® Computing, rules for use of WinZip^® Logo(s). "Logo(s)" includes both WinZip Logo(s) and WinZip Program Screen Shot(s). If you do not agree to the WinZip Computing rules of use as set out herein, do not download the Logo(s).

1. The Logo(s) may only be used as an active link to www.winzip.com and/or to correctly refer to WinZip products.
2. You only have permission to use the Logo(s) on Web pages, in reseller catalogs, and in connection with any articles you write about WinZip. You do not have permission for other uses such as documentation, product packaging, or other advertising or marketing materials. Such uses require a separate written permission from WinZip Computing.
3. The Logo(s) must stand alone, and may not be altered in any way.
4. You may not imply by use of the Logo(s), or any other means, that WinZip Computing endorses or sponsors your product(s), services, and/or web site.
5. You will use the following legend on the page where the Logo(s) appears:

   All rights reserved

6. WinZip Computing reserves the right, for reason, or no reason at all, to modify, suspend, or revoke its permission to use the Logo(s) at any time, with no notice required. If WinZip Computing gives notice of suspension or revocation of its permission to use the Logo(s), you will immediately remove the Logo(s) from your web site(s) and immediately discontinue the use of, and destroy, all media which includes the WinZip Logo(s).
7. The Logo(s) is/are provided on an "as is" basis. WinZip Computing specifically disclaims all express, statutory, or implied warranties relating to the Logo(s) including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of any third-party rights.
8. WinZip Computing shall not be liable to you, or any other party, for loss of revenue or profit, or for costs, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages, whether based on tort (including, without limitation, negligence or strict liability), contract, or other legal or equitable grounds, even if WinZip Computing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
