End of Support for WinZip 9 Versions

Effective November 15, 2008, WinZip Computing will no longer provide support for WinZip 9 versions, including WinZip 9.0 and WinZip 9.0 SR-1.

After support has ended, Customer Service will continue to be provided to assist with product download, installation and registration issues for WinZip 9. Contact help@winzip.com for these issues.

The following will no longer be provided for WinZip 9:

1. Physical media shipments.
2. Product updates (including changes for bug fixes or new security threats).

WinZip Computing recommends that all WinZip 9 users upgrade to the latest release version of WinZip if their computer meets these system requirements.  Upgrading will allow you to receive the advantages of up-to-date security changes, new features, bug fixes, and technical support.

Registered users of WinZip 9 are eligible to upgrade to the latest release version of WinZip Standard Edition or WinZip Pro Edition for 50% off the full retail price.  For more information on a version upgrade, visit www.winzip.com/upgrade.htm.
