Customer Service Representative

WinZip Computing, the maker of the award winning software utility, WinZip, is seeking an out-going, friendly, experienced customer service representative, with some order processing tasks, to provide purchasing and user support for our software products via e-mail and phone, as well as to occasionally enter and process customer's orders.

We are seeking a proactive, quick-learning, self-starter who works autonomously and as part of a team. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills, with extensive experience in customer support, as well as competent keyboard and computer software skills.
