This ordering information is for the English-language version of WinZip as well as other English-language WinZip software (German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and Russian versions of WinZip are available separately). All sales and use of WinZip Computing software are subject to the terms of the applicable software license which accompanies the product.

Fax Ordering - Credit Card or Bank (Wire) Transfer
You may fax credit card orders by completing and faxing the Order Form for WinZip Software that is provided here.
For payments by bank (wire) transfer, you may fax a purchase order. Our bank account details will be provided with the invoice once your order is processed. Please include complete billing (including VAT number if aplicable,) shipping and contact information with your purchase order. Currency on purchase orders must be in Euros. Please note that wire transfers usually take between 3 to 7 days to clear.

Upgrade Assurance and Maintenance
If you are a new single-user customer you may purchase, for an additional fee, 12 months of Upgrade Assurance from the date of purchase. While you are covered by Upgrade Assurance you will receive all maintenance and new-feature releases of the covered software product, at no additional cost.
If you are a new multi-user customer, for 18% of your total order (cost of backup CD, shipping and tax excluded) you may purchase 12 months of Maintenance coverage from the date of purchase. While you are covered by maintenance you will receive:
- All maintenance and new-feature releases of the covered software product, at no additional cost
- Priority email technical support
- The ability to add additional licensed copies (minimum of 2 additional copies must be ordered at a time) of WinZip software at a special price per copy
- The opportunity to continue maintenance protection so that WinZip software will always be up to date
*Please note that this Upgrade Assurance and Maintenance offer is extended to new WinZip software product users only, and cannot be sold separately.

EU customers registered for VAT must ensure that their VAT number is supplied as part of the order details.
Media orders are shipped from the United States. Customer shall be deemed the importer for all purposes, and shall be responsible for all customs duties and clearance charges. Customer shall also be responsible for all other duties, levies, or government fees or taxes now in force or enacted in the future.
WinZip Software Multi-User License Information (English-Language Version Only)
A multi-user license for WinZip software, licensed from WinZip Computing, is for the English-language version of WinZip software only. The license permits you to distribute the specified number of licensed copies of WinZip software entirely within your organization, solely for use by your employees. The software may be used by your employees worldwide; subject to US export restrictions (see the applicable license agreement). You may not give, transfer or sell multi-user-licensed copies of WinZip software to your customer(s), or any third party, nor include such copies in, or with, products you sell.
The multi-user license is licensed on a per-computer basis. Subject to the number of copies licensed by your organization, users may access the software in any way that is convenient; for example, by accessing copies stored on local hard disks or copies stored on network servers. The license is not a concurrent-use license.
A multi-user license for WinZip software entitles your organization to duplicate the software as necessary for distribution within your organization to the specified number of computers, in accordance with the applicable license agreement.
